​Equip AID was founded by owner and Director Kevin Towers and has been providing reliable repair services to customers ever since. Kevin has worked in the coffee industry for over 20 years and has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience from his tenure as a Service Engineer right through to Technical Director. Driven by his dedication to provide the best customer service in the industry Kevin’s goal is to ensure excellent service spanning a wide selection of repair services that are both affordable and convenient.
